Refund and Exchange policy
Thank you for shopping with SOLACE. We take pride in delivering high-quality products, and all sales are considered final. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept exchanges or change-of-mind returns for a refund to the original payment method.
If you have changed your mind, we may offer store credit at our discretion, provided the item is returned in original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued in the following cases:
The item is damaged upon arrival
There is a manufacturer defect (subject to assessment)
The wrong item was sent
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless faulty.
Pre-order items that have not yet been fulfilled and are requested to be cancelled will be refunded as store credit only.
Refund & Exchange Process

If approved for a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If approved for an exchange, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, the wrong item was sent).
